Great service from Triad Electrical Services, electrician Matthew Bode. Matthew came soon within the promised time and looked at what I had and told me what he was going to do and he was done in about 2 hours, no disruption to me. The charger install looks great and is exactly what I asked for. Duke Energy rebate program makes this install even better. Thanks TES and Matthew.

Cody and Geo from Triad Electrical Services installed whole-home surge protectors for me today and did a great job. They showed up on time, were professional, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The work was done quickly, the install looked clean, and they left everything in good shape when they were finished. Just an all-around smooth experience. I’d definitely use Triad again and would recommend them to others.

Cody and Geo were excellent technicians. I have hired Triad Electrical on multiple occasions and glad I did. I recently purchased a sauna for my husband and had them come out to add a dedicated circuit and 120-volt outlet. They are professional, efficient, pay extra attention to the details, and conscientious. I highly recommend Triad Electrical for all your electrical needs. Look no further.

Triad Electrical Services was so helpful after we made plans to purchase our first EV. We had no idea what we were doing and they explained everything very clearly and helped us understand the Duke Energy credit that was available. They were able to come out very quickly and install our charging port within a few days. Cody and Geo were very professional, on time, and quick. They tested it and explained the use of it thoroughly. We highly recommend Triad Electrical Services!
